Six National Geographic stores operated by the Hudson Group in the United States and Canadian Airports required developmental changes including a change in signage, graphics and product from National Geographic branding to Discovery Channel Airport Store branding. Six separate graphic packages were assembled and coordinated with signage manufacturers to submit to the airports and local authorities for approvals. Each store varied in submission procedures as well as design needs. The stores changeovers were completed in 2 phases. The first stores located at Vancouver International Airport, Calgary International Airport and Halifax International Airport. The second phase was completed soon thereafter including LaGuardia Airport, Greater Rochester International Airport and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
