Jodi Pfister graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of New Haven located in West Haven, Connecticut in 2002 where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design with a concentration in Pre-architecture. She was immediately immersed within the Interior Design and Architectural community while working for TranSystems (formerly Silvester Tafuro Design, Inc.) in Norwalk, Connecticut. She served on the Board of Directors for the Connecticut Coalition of Interior Designers (CCID) from 2002-2005. Jodi focused her professional work in airport retail throughout the United States including stores such as Hudson News, Hudson Booksellers, KidsWorks, Women Rock, Discovery Channel Airport Store, EuroCafe, Beaverton Bakery and more.

Jodi continues to study with Professor John Arabolos of Arabolos Design Associates in West Haven, Connecticut. She has worked with John since 2002 translating creative processes’ surrounding the systemic standardization of image morphology in relationship to Chaos Theory into user friendly computer design processes’.

Jodi recently graduated from the University at Buffalo, the State University of New York expanding her knowledge of architecture and digital media based upon these practices receiveing cross-disciplinary masters' degrees in Architecture (MArch) and Arts (MA) in 2012. Her research also included areas of situated technologies dedicated to olfactory environments.
